To Flirt with Female Colleagues, My Husband Claimed I’m Not His Wife but His Kids’ Nanny – I Made Him Regret It

One evening, I decided to surprise my husband, Kieran, at his new workplace. Instead, I was the one shocked to learn he had told his female colleagues I was just the nanny. My heart shattered, and anger brewed within me. That’s when I devised a plan to make him regret every deceitful word.

After 15 years of marriage, Kieran’s betrayal stung deeply. We’d met in high school, our love growing stronger through college and beyond. We had two amazing kids, Victor, 12, and Ashley, 8. I dedicated my life to our family as a stay-at-home mom, while Kieran pursued his career.

One evening, I brought dinner to Kieran’s office, only to be greeted by his coworker, Priscilla, who referred to me as the nanny. The ground beneath me seemed to disappear. Kieran appeared, his face pale. “Surprise!” I said, handing him the food. Priscilla erupted, revealing Kieran had lied to her too.

Heartbroken, I left him and took a brief trip to a beachside resort. Upon returning, I found Kieran disheveled and desperate. He apologized, admitting he couldn’t handle the kids and work alone. But it was too late.

I handed him divorce papers. “You’ve got two hours to pack and leave,” I said. He pleaded, but my resolve was firm. He moved out, and I focused on my children.

Victor asked if Dad was coming back. “No, sweetie,” I replied. “Dad made big mistakes.”

That night, as I tucked them in, I realized my strength. My heart was broken, but I was ready to start anew.
