One day, the Redditor’s father and his wife were arguing, and she blurted out that she sent her own cheek swab under the Original Poster’s (OP) name. The father and daughter did another DNA test, and it proved he was her father.
The Redditor’s father divorced the woman and found love again. The mother successfully co-parented with her son’s father and rebuilt her life. The Redditor was happy that she survived that horrible experience and ended in a peaceful space, while her former stepmother was miserable.
