I Married a Homeless Man to Spite My Parents – A Month Later, I Came Home and Froze in Shock at What I Saw

I’m Miley, 34, and my life took a wild turn when I impulsively proposed to a homeless man, Stan, to escape my parents’ pressure to marry by 35. Desperate for a solution to their ultimatum, I found Stan on the street and offered a marriage of convenience. Surprisingly, he agreed.

After a few days, I introduced him to my parents, who were shocked but pleased. We married a month later, and I was relieved to have a “husband” who was funny and helpful. However, Stan remained secretive about his past, which intrigued me.

Then one day, I returned home to a stunning surprise: a room filled with roses and Stan in a tuxedo. He confessed his love and proposed again, this time for real. Confused, I asked how he afforded it all.

Stan revealed he wasn’t truly homeless; his brothers had stolen his company and forged documents, leaving him on the streets. With my support, he had contacted a law firm to reclaim his life. He fell for me because I was kind when he had nothing.

Overwhelmed, I said I would marry him again in six months after we navigated this new reality together. He slipped a beautiful ring on my finger, and for the first time, we shared a kiss. My impulsive decision led to unexpected love, proving that life can truly surprise us in the most unusual ways.
