A globally renowned star passed away this morning at her residence in North Carolina.

Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings star Lizzy Musi has died after a year-long battle with stage 4 breast cancer.

Musi, from Mooresville, North Carolina, shared her diagnosis last year, which led her to leave the show.

Her father, Pat Musi, announced her passing in a Facebook post, saying, “Surrounded by her family and in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25 pm tonight.”

He expressed gratitude for the support during her illness: “Thank you for all your prayers and help during her illness.”

The family requested privacy to grieve and make plans, promising to provide updates when available.
