I Found Out My Therapist Is My Husband’s Mistress, So I Turned Our Meeting into Her Worst Nightmare

Discovering that my therapist was my husband’s mistress was shocking, but the situation became even more twisted when I learned the full extent of his betrayal. With deceit unraveling around me, I joined forces with the unlikeliest of allies to expose his lies and reclaim control of my life.

Nick suggested therapy and chose a doctor for me, which raised my suspicions. “Tracy, I’ve been thinking… Maybe you should see someone,” he said. I dug into Dr. Kenner’s background and discovered she was actually his mistress, Sophie. Finding their explicit messages confirmed my worst fears.

My first session with Dr. Kenner was surreal. “Hello, Tracy. I’m Dr. Kenner. How can I help you today?” she greeted me. I played along, feeding her lies about Nick, watching her reactions. “You know, Nick’s been acting really weird lately. Almost like he’s hiding something,” I hinted.

During an online session, I pushed her over the edge. “Nick actually cried last night because he couldn’t find his favorite socks. Can you believe that?” Her face turned red, and she snapped, “THAT’S ENOUGH!” I leaned in, “No, Sophie, I think it’s because you’re his mistress.”

Sophie was shaken but agreed to team up. “Nick doesn’t deserve either of us. Let’s turn the tables on him,” I suggested. We gathered evidence, playing our roles perfectly. Nick had no idea what was coming.

When Nick returned from his “work trip,” I handed him the evidence. “You have some explaining to do.” His face went from confusion to horror. I felt a strange satisfaction. As I left the house, I sent Sophie a message: “He knows. It’s over.” She replied: “Good. Time for us to move on.”
