My MIL Ruined My Wedding Dress during the Ceremony, but Karma Hit Her Back Immediately

Josh and I have been together for five years, but his mother, Samantha, always disapproved of me due to my ordinary background. Her disapproval started small but escalated to ruining our wedding day. She interrupted our vows and splashed red paint on my dress, causing a scene. Josh was furious, and she was escorted out. The ceremony continued, but the damage was done.

A few weeks later, I orchestrated some karma for Samantha. She had a grand gala planned, and I arranged for a landscaping company to deliver and spread manure all over her pristine garden the night before. The stench ruined her event, and her reputation took a hit. Additionally, she was fined for improper manure disposal.

While on our honeymoon, I hired an artist to paint a mural of a red wedding dress on our garage, reclaiming the color red. When Samantha saw it, she was shocked, but she knew better than to mess with us again.

We also organized a family intervention to confront Samantha about her behavior. Everyone shared how her actions hurt them, and she finally broke down, promising to change. Although skeptical, we saw small improvements. Samantha even offered to replace my wedding dress, taking a step toward mending our relationship.

The lesson? Don’t start a fight you can’t finish. Karma has a way of setting things right, sometimes with a little nudge.
