Sarah, a caring neighbor, supports her friend Erica during a tumultuous marriage. When Lester leaves Erica, Sarah discovers Erica is pregnant with Kieran’s child. Sarah and Kieran decide to help Erica through her pregnancy.
As Sarah assists Erica during labor, she delivers the baby and is shocked to find a familiar “lucky bump” on the baby’s neck. Realizing the truth, she confronts Erica, who admits to an affair with Kieran. Devastated, Sarah leaves Erica with her baby.
Sarah later divorces Kieran and, after a challenging period, finds happiness with a new partner. They are now expecting their second child.
