For the Cost of an Iphone He made a House of only 89 Squares, but Wait Until you See Inside

Luke Thiull, a 13-year-old from Iowa, built a tiny house in his backyard for the cost of an iPhone. Luke spent a year raising funds and gathering materials to build his dream house.

He used recycled materials and items from his grandma’s house to construct the 89-square-foot, 10-foot-long, and 5.5-foot-wide house.

While it has electricity, it lacks plumbing. The house features a loft with a bed, a microwave, TV, and even a BBQ in the back. Luke aims to inspire others with his project and promote the idea that kids can achieve such goals at a young age.
