Fans fear Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori could face jail time over NSFW Grammys outfit

Bianca Censori is no stranger to bold fashion, but her latest outfit at the 67th Grammy Awards sparked outrage. Arriving with husband Kanye West, she dropped her black fur coat to reveal a sheer mesh dress—without underwear. Fans were shocked, with many questioning how she avoided arrest under California’s indecent exposure laws.

California Penal Code 314 states that exposing private parts in public or in a way that offends others can result in up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine. Some Twitter users even tagged the LAPD, calling for legal action.

When asked for comment, authorities referred to the penal code, but no charges have been reported. Meanwhile, the Grammys have seen their fair share of shocking moments, from Lady Gaga’s egg entrance to Nicki Minaj’s exorcism act. Whether Censori’s look will have legal consequences remains uncertain, but it has certainly fueled heated debate online.
